COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES 8th ANNUAL BRAZOS VALLEY GIVES — NONPROFIT REGISTRATION IS UNDERWAY
Community Day of Giving Makes ‘Giving Where You Live’ Easy! Registration is officially open for the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley’s 8th annual Brazos Valley Gives, taking place on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
All 501(c)(3) nonprofits serving the 7-county region are invited to sign up via the Brazos Valley Gives Portal. This month-long community initiative empowers citizens and businesses to “give where you live,” culminating in 18 hours of high-impact online giving where 100% of donations go directly to the donor’s charities of choice.
Building on last year’s historic milestone—which raised a record-breaking $1.56 million for 200 area organizations—this year’s campaign looks to set another giving record. To support participants, specialized MightyCause training webinars are scheduled for July 22 and August 5 at 10:00 a.m., as well as an in-person workshop on July 31 at the College Station Library.
