Bryan Texas Tourism Impact Data for 2025

Visitors to Bryan provide the boost our economy needs to keep local businesses vibrant & help fund the services that make Bryan a great place to live. In 2025, an estimated 4.9 million people visited Bryan, Texas. These visitors spent around $190.1 million in our community. If these visitors stopped coming today, each household in Bryan would need to spend an extra $5600 to keep our economy moving. Visitor spending in Bryan supported an estimated 2300 local jobs in 2025.

In recognition of Travel & Tourism Week (May 3 – May 9), Destination Bryan is released its 2025 tourism economic impact data, showing what visitors mean for the people and businesses of this community.

In 2025, an estimated 4.9 million people visited Bryan, Texas, drawn here by sporting events, festivals, conferences, and Texas A&M University. Those visitors spent around $190.1 million in our community, directly supporting an estimated 2,300 local jobs.

To put that into perspective: if those visitors stopped coming today, each household in Bryan would need to spend an extra $5,600 to keep our economy moving.

How Destination Bryan Attracts Visitors 

This kind of economic impact does not just happen on its own. Destination Bryan works across three core areas to attract visitors.

Marketing

Destination Bryan tells Bryan’s story to audiences near and far. Through digital campaigns, media outreach, social media, and collateral, Destination Bryan puts Bryan on the radar for travelers and groups who might not have considered it otherwise.

Business Development

Destination Bryan actively recruits sporting events, conferences, and group travel to Bryan. Those organized visits drive significant spending, fill hotel rooms, and encourage visitor spending at local restaurants and shops.

Community Engagement

A great visitor experience starts with the community itself. Destination Bryan works alongside local businesses, organizations, and residents to keep Bryan vibrant and welcoming. When Bryan is a great place to live, it becomes a great place to visit.
