You don’t need an expensive gym membership to improve your health and quality of life. We offer fitness classes, open gym times, and a well-equipped fitness center for ages 16 and older at the Lincoln Recreation Center.
The monthly cost is $16 for residents and $20 for non-residents, with daily passes available for $4 for residents and $6 for non-residents. Passes can be purchased at the Lincoln Recreation Center.
The facility will be closed Nov. 27-28 and Dec. 22-Jan. 1. Here’s a look at the weekly schedule:
FITNESS CENTER (ages 18+)
- Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
- Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Sunday (through Dec. 14), 3-7 p.m.
The center features cardio machines, a weight training circuit, single-station machines, and free-weight equipment, including benches, barbells, and dumbbells.
ZUMBA (ages 16+)

The popular program inspired by Latin dance uses easy-to-follow routines and upbeat music for a full-body workout. All levels are welcome.

PICKLEBALL (ages 16+)

Players can practice, play pick-up matches, and connect with friends. Balls and nets are provided, and all skill levels are welcome.
BASKETBALL OPEN GYM (ages 16+)

Play a pick-up game or shoot around with friends. Courts are first-come, first-served; reservations aren’t accepted, and basketballs aren’t provided.
We also encourage you to get outside and take advantage of your local parks. Every step counts, whether you commit to walking once a week, taking the kids to the playground, or attending a fitness class.
